Nathan Carroll joined McCausland Barrett & Bartalos, P.C. in August 2020. Prior to that, Nathan attended Saint Louis University, where he earned his bachelor's degree in economics. Nathan then went on to attend law school at George Mason University School in Arlington, Virginia for 2.5 years. Nathan rounded out his legal education by completing his final semester at the University of Missouri School of Law as a visiting student.

During law school, Nathan was able to gain valuable legal and policy experience through his work at the Cato Institute in Washington, D.C. Nathan also interned with the Cape Girardeau County Prosecuting Attorney's Office where he was able to represent the State in criminal proceedings, including a jury trial and two bench trials, while still a law student. Additionally, while at the University of Missouri School of Law, Nathan provided pro bono legal services to veterans through the school's Veteran's Law Clinic.

Nathan is a native of Perryville, Missouri, located in the southeastern part of the State. When Nathan is not working, he enjoys fishing, spending time with family and friends, and, of course, cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs.
