Molly is a skilled trial attorney and focuses her practice on employment law and insurance defense matters. Molly has represented clients in a broad range of lawsuits and charges involving claims of all types of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, personal injury, FMLA violations, FLSA violations, and breach of employment contracts before Missouri and Kansas state and federal courts, the Missouri Commission of Human Rights, the Kansas Human Rights Commission, and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Molly has been named both “Best of the Bar” by the Kansas City Business Journal and a Missouri and Kansas “Super Lawyer – Rising Star” by Law & Politics every year since 2009. She is also a 2010 graduate of the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association Leadership Academy. Molly is active in several professional associations, including the Association for Women Lawyers of Kansas City, the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association, the Johnson County Bar Association, the Missouri Bar (Labor and Employment Law Committee), the Kansas Bar Association (Employment Law Section), the American Bar Association (Labor & Employment Law Section), and the Society of Human Resource Management (Kansas City Chapter).
