Casey McGraw joined the firm as Of Counsel in 2014 and has practiced in Missouri, Kansas and Nebraska since graduating from the Washburn University School of Law in 2004. Prior to law school Casey attended Rockhurst University graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Political Science.
Casey’s practice focuses primarily on insurance defense and he has represented individuals, companies and other organizations in a variety of cases including personal injury, wrongful death, product liability, FELA and construction. Casey has also represented financial institutions, creditors, landlords and land-owners in various commercial, collection, foreclosure and banking disputes. Casey has tried numerous bench and jury trials and has argued before the court of appeals in both Missouri and Kansas.
Casey is also active in the KCMBA and is a graduate of the 2005 Greater Kansas City Bar Leadership Academy and the 2010 John J. Oliver, Jr. Trial Academy.
