MBB represents a variety of professionals, including accountants, insurance agents and brokers, attorneys, architects and engineers, dentists and physicians, and corporate officers and directors in professional liability, errors and omissions and malpractice claims. In the context of toxic tort and product liability claims, the firm has been involved in defense of diverse products of all kinds and types.
Casualty and Personal Injury Litigation
MBB represents insureds and self-insureds in personal injury and death cases in all types of general liability situations with emphasis on motor vehicle litigation and premises liability in both state and federal courts.
MBB has historically maintained a major presence in construction litigation, particularly as relates to the defense of architects and engineers, and construction companies, as well as representation on surety and related construction bonds issued by our various clients.
MBB represents insureds and self-insureds in workers' compensation cases in the states of Missouri and Kansas.

MBB represents employers in a broad range of lawsuits and charges involving all types of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, FMLA violations, FLSA violations, and breach of employment contracts before Missouri and Kansas state and federal courts, the Missouri Commission of Human Rights, the Kansas Human Rights Commission, and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
